My former guitar teacher said: ‘You’re getting a little belly aren’t you?’ While I was holding in my belly. So It was time for a change! I started weighing in at 78 Kilograms and after 30 days of exercising daily I lost 5 kilograms. Never stopped when I wanted. Never skipped a day while I was feeling sick or wasn’t motivated. I stuck with it and here are the results!
